In line with its training mandate, f. & co has also developed capabilities in terms of group management and animation. Animated sessions make use of the latest collaborative techniques and tools that strive to facilitate the exploration of strategic management issues related to innovation and creativity.
It follows that, from the creative techniques theoretically developed in training, animation scripts have been put together by f. & co‘s team. For each mandate, these techniques are selected and adapted based on the specific needs of the sessions as stated by the client.
