The training part of f. & co‘s work aims to set the stage of collaborative work, notably by discussing the latest findings in the management of creativity and innovation. It also serves to increase the knowledge and abilities of trainees with regards to the appropriate tools and methodologies in collaborative environments.
A first introductive training package is available under the label « lunch + learn ». Created for business teams, public service entities and SMEs, this two-hour session provides an overview of the fundamentals that are developed in f. & co‘s more advanced training courses. Specific versions of this package have been curtailed to the needs of individual clients as well as for the needs of economic development agencies.
